If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, SURFSET NYC will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased in our online store for full refund within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Please note:

• Delivery charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping costs to return your item(s), unless the reason for the return is due to an error of SURFSET NYC.
• When shipping your item(s), we strongly recommend that you use a secure or trackable method of postage. We are not responsible for your item(s) until the goods purchased are received by us.
• Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
• Class, package and gift card sales are final. These are not refundable.
