SURFSET® New York City is a surf-inspired business that specializes in total body workouts inspired by one of the world’s most athletic sports - surfing! You will work similar muscles and skills used surfing in a fun, challenging, core-focused workout that will leave you covered in saltwater (aka sweat) from head to toe!

You don’t need to be a surfer to train your mind, body & soul like one. All our classes are for surfers & non-surfers alike!

In-Person Classes

SURF (Surfboard-Based)

SURF classes are our full surfboard-based classes where every participant has a surfboard. Our custom-made surfboards are designed to mimic the instability of being on water to help you increase your stability, enhance your cardio capabilities and strengthen your body (especially core) in the most effective, functional ways possible. With interval-based classes that combine cardio & strength, you're sure to get a workout that's challenging & fun!

SURF & SHORE (Surfboard & Mat-Based)

SURF & SHORE classes are surfboard and mat-based classes. These circuit-based classes focus on cardio and strength intervals where half the class is on surfboards and half are on yoga mats.


Livestream & video on demand classes

Our signature SHORE classes incorporate surf-inspired challenges without surfboards (no equipment is required). With a mix of cardio and strength intervals, our master trainers guide you through a fun, efficient, total-body workout designed for all levels.
